Design & Craftsmanship

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Custom or made-to-order jewellery may take longer (we’ll notify you of the timeline before dispatch).

Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic Shipping (India): 3–7 business days.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹1,000 (India only).
  • Standard shipping charges apply for orders below the free-shipping threshold and for international orders (calculated at checkout).

Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
  • Antique is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, or customs clearance (for international deliveries).

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Antique jewellery! If for any reason you are not satisfied, here’s how we can help:

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at care@antique.net.in.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible for sizing issues (rings, bangles) subject to availability.
  • Customised, personalised, or engraved jewellery is not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customised or personalised jewellery.
  • Items purchased during sale/clearance events.
  • Jewellery showing signs of use, wear, or damage post-delivery.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if not already dispatched.
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Care Note

  • 925 silver naturally oxidises over time. To maintain shine, keep jewellery away from water, chemicals, and perfumes. Store in airtight pouches when not in use.
